6 IMPROVEMENT PRINCIPLES
1. Always work harder than anyone
Keep studying and trying. To refine and improve myself with perseverance and persistence. To gain mere lttle step of progress rather than complain/grumble.
2. Keep humble, not arrogant
"Humble comes with Benefit." is an ancient saying of China. A humble heart brings me happines and self-cultivation,while arrogance brings slack and failure. One's Talent is gift from God,it should serve public interest firstly,private interest afterwards.
3. Introspect myself daily
Reflecting my thoughts and behaviors everyday to see whether | am selfish or cowardly. Be concentrate and sincere to myself, and correct my mistake(s) ( if any) immedietly.
4. Be thankful if we are still alive
A favor of drop of water received should be repaid with a surging spring. Be alive is already great happiness and blessing.Gratitude is like ground water, it moistens base of my moral concept. I am thankful continuously as long as I am alive.
5. Be benevolent & Altruism
Benevolence and charity would bring blessings to my descendant. Always be kind to others. To care and concern others' well- being in my words and deeds. It is real kindness only is it for others' good.
6. Not to be Vexed/annoyed
Not to be vexed / impatient / aggrieved. Life is full of hardship. To carry on, I must conquer all difficulties in front of me. Never be defeated, never run away, I must confront with courage. Never forget my original intention, and complete my due job with utmost effort.
